About
Elena Wishart
Principal Designer
Elena grew up in Novorossiysk, a port city on Russia's Black Sea coast. Before moving to Canada in 1997, she spent almost a year travelling through Europe, taking in its architecture and art. Years later, after 16 years in a field that didn't use her creative side, she went back to school for Construction Engineering Technology, Architecture, then worked alongside engineers and structural manufacturers. What began as designs for friends and family has grown into Maven Design Group.
“I love to blend beauty and function, because nothing is more frustrating than moving into a space that doesn't flow with you.”Elena Wishart
Many clients know what they want but can't quite picture it yet. Our job is to help you see it, first in plans and 3D views, then in drawings your builder can work from for years to come.
Maven Design Group is based in Langton, Ontario. We prepare permit drawings for projects across the province and drafting for clients anywhere.
