Basement Suite, Norfolk County

The owners wanted to turn their older basement into a self-contained two-bedroom suite. We designed a new layout with a kitchen and dining area, a living room, a bathroom, a walk-in closet and code-compliant egress windows.

We then prepared the full permit set and submitted the application to Norfolk County on the client's behalf. The permit was issued in October 2026.

Residence Addition, Edmonton

This family loved their neighbourhood but had outgrown their tiny home. Instead of moving, they asked us to redesign it. A new basement, a reworked main floor and a full second storey turned it into a house with room for everyone, finished with a covered porch along the front.

The drawings were done entirely from Langton, Ontario.
